Had first appointment yesterday. Pre-appointment labs and process very smooth. I received the pellets to rebalance my hormones. We will see how well it works in 5 weeks, when I do labs again. Very hopeful. Staff has been great. Dr Karem was very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and let me know what to expect.

Dr Carol makes the shot relatively painless and is always attentive and kind. The office staff is friendly and helpful and there's rarely a wait. Even the phlebotomist is excellent and quick to attend to patients.
